Speed Post Reference is EE 75380865 (Trivandrum Airport). Receipant Address is ; Shri S.C.Chatterjee, Flat No-204, Deosharan Palace, Vijay Nagar, Rukanpura, Patna-800014 (Bihar).

Request to enquire into the matter and take necessary action for delivery of the documents. Infact it is very unfortunate and negligence on the part of concerned official. Such irregularity and careless act affects the reputation of Deptt of Postal Services.
