Demanding for more money

Dear Sirs,

Self introducing myself as Dr. Vijaya Kumar, heading RS and GIS Division in Environmental and Geo Spatial Solution, Chennai. I frequently travel to Bangalore for the official works as well as personnel works. Nowadays KSRTC bus conductors are charging extra Rs. 100 to 150 with each ticket. I could not get the Bus no. the bus was started from Chennai at 19.00 hrs. Actual ticket cost Rs. 274 Ticket No. 084089 But he charged from me Rs. 350 I denied to give him that much he asked me to get down. This is not fair already we come out of the city how can I get down?

While coming back I come by KA09 F4341 (Ticket No. 00024365 Date: 17/05) with Express bus fair is Rs. 139. Conductor charged extra 75 Rs. From me, along with those other passengers also he did the same. With one North Indian family he charged Rs. 150 for each ticket. And one poor old man with him also he charged.

Similar complains I had given earlier also when I was travelling from Bellary to Hyderabad, but no response from them this time we are all planning to take it seriously.

Kindly give some attention and resolve this mess. Also provide some contact no. in the bus itself so that we can directly call them and bring to concerned person notification.
