Hi,

I have requested to withdrawal of my EPF a/c no: PYKRP00192140000099926 on 25-Apr. In between i received a letter that they reject my claim because of not attached Birth Certificate. I attached birth certificate and resubmitted in 22-Dec. Till now i have not received my amount. When i checked today my status i wonder because

Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (PYKRP00192140000099926) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim

Claim ID: PYKRP120500001272

Status: CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO PYKRP00192140000099926 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 02.05.2012 IS UNDER PROCESS.

i didn't received the Rejected and not even resubmitted.

Please take an serious action on this because now the govt has stopped paying the interest if the account is not having transactions for past 3 months. So the Employees become even lazy and not doing their work. Govt has to take an action on this.
