Non Payment of PF amount despite of submission in june

My PF A/c # is KN/25075/20954 and the account is with RPF Bangalore. I was employed in Mphasis BPO (An EDS Company) since april and left the organisation in october. I applied for the refund of PF amount on june 8th through ICICI Prudential PF fund, Prabhadevi Mumbai. ICICI Prulife People informed me off late that the amount has not been transferred to them by the RPF Bangalore office and that is the sole reason for the delay of PF payment to me. Please have a look into the matter and do the needful as i had met with a serious accident in feb and lost my job and have been rendering jobless till date. I was hospitalised for a period of 45 days and had suffered multiple fractures of the face. Because of the medical expenditures and the reason that i'm unemployed i'm defaulting on two of my loans. that makes my credit history go bad and also make my parents tense as the collection people call up my home every now and then to recover the amount. On these lines i sometimes think of some extreme steps as i'm mentally disturbed and finacially deprived. I"ll write to the office of the Prime Minister and the honourable President of India for the same. If no developments seem to have taken place in this regard within a span of 15 days, i'll have to move on and think of something which media or government can catch attention of. If anything happens to me in due course of time because of the negligent behaviour of the RPF Bangalore, the ADDITIONAL CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER (SOUTH ZONE) is to be held responsible for that.
