Regarding my PF Arrears

Subject: Payment of Pension Arrears to PPO No: 38875 of Smt. Nagamani S Amble Reg.

Ref: 1. Your office Letter No: KN/HBL/PPO38875/PDS/478/4476 Dt. 28-03

2. Our request letter addressed to PF Commissioner, Shivamogga Dt. 30-05.

3. Letter No: KN/SHG/PEN/460-09/5085 Dt. 23/24-09 of Shivamogga

With reference to the above subject, its almost nearing to three years, that my pension arrears is not get settled, inspite of my several request through telephone and in writing as mentioned in above said references. As per instructions by your office when I visited personally I couldn’t find any conclusion, I had enclosed a attested copy of bank passbook, in which it can be known that no such amount is credited to my account as mentioned in your letter (Ref No. 1) and dispatched on 20 -01 by registered post to Hubli and a copy to EPF shimoga branch but no response till now.

Please let me know how many years I have to wait for getting my pension arrears, which is also my right.
