Non-recept of EPF amount

Two cheques had been sent to my bank - Indian Bank, Palakkad by from EPF, Chennai. a copy of the intimation was sent to my address.

Unfortunately at that time, the account was in my wife's name and not a joint a/c. For this reason, the cheques were sent back as per the Indian bank authorities.

Subsequently, I converted the a/c to a joint a/c and wrote several letters to EPF. It is now more than a year, I have still not got the amount.

The cheque details are as follows:

Chq. No. 202323 dated 26/07 and

Chq. No. 698405 dated 26/07

Please look into the matter urgently and help me to get my rightful amount from the EPF.
