My name is priyanka mukherjee... I use to work for wipro ltd kolkata. I have despatched my pf form on 09/04.its its been two months now and they r telling me that they have not received my pf form..although i have clear written notification from kolkata G.P.O that it has been received by them on 13/04/09..

this dept of employee profidend fund commesioners office is harassing me and troubling me.none of there phone no is correct.
