PF Amount Not Received

My name is Sonu Walia I was working with HSBC Data Processing India Pvt Ltd at Vishakpatnam & my EPF Account Number is AP/HYD/378972.

I had resigned W.E.F 1st Oct & the EPF Withdrawal form was submitted & Acknowledgement received on 29 Dec But till now no amount has been credited into my savings bank account.

I tried calling office numbers but no one assisted me. I even wrote e mails to the department they did not even acknowledge the mail, I hope someone finds this complaint & will assist me in getting the amount at the earliest.
