Delay in settling EPF Pension claim

Though my employer, Food Corporaion of India, New Delhi, has submitted my Frm 10-D along with the required documents for the settlement of my EPF Claim and received by FPF Office New Delhi (North) Wazirpur vide receipt No. 28143989 adted 04/09 and reported to be under process and requested me to try after 30 days from submission to know the status of my pension, more than 4 months have passed and sent 6 reminders through their portal, I am yet to receive my pension sanction order. Any body can help me to get my pension sanctioned.
