PF amount not received

My PF account no. is DL169958263.I have sent PF withdrawal application to Delhi office in August Through my previous Accounts department (Birlasoft India Limited). We are in the middle of November and still not received the Pf amount in my bank account. I would like to request you to kindly look into this and give me a reply as to by when I should get my Pf amount.

I was working for Birlasoft India Limited and my Employee number was 56053
