Reg: PF Amount

Respected sir/mam,

Myself Munish Kumar, My PF no is KN/35224/122200 i have not received my 2nd part of PF amount so far. i was working with Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd and resigned on 15-10. i have received the 1st part of PF on 18-02 but the 2nd part of my PF does not come. My salary account was in the Kotak Bank in Delhi which was closed in Sep then i told my company about this they send me Re-authorization form to my Email id and i filled up with the new details of my new bank account and send to company they send it to EPF india Bangalore on 12-10. they send me the acknowledgement letter with the sealed of EPF india bangalore RPFC Deptt. after so many calls to EPF office on 9the of feb they told me that they have send the PF amount but i have not received my PF SO far. Please help me out
