PF transfe

I was working with HDFC Bank Ltd. and had resigned from the services of Bank in November. I had given a request of transfer of my PF at HDFC Bank to be transferred to my New employer Fiserv India Pvt Ltd. But during all this time the PF did not got transferred, due to one or the other reason. I then had to do a thorough Follow up with my company HDFC to transfer the PF. They had issued a cheue of Amt. 30918 Favoring Reg. PF commissioner having DD No 384828. I then personally deposited the DD at the PF's office in Nehru place along with annexure K around 5'th of August'2008. My PF account is at Regional PF office Nehru Place, New Delhi and the account no. is DL/28570/0663 . But this cheque is still not been paid. I would request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and get the DD cleared as it has been now 2 years that my PF is not been transferred and there is also a possibilty that the cheque would get stale (outdated as it is valid for only six months.)
