My PF A/C No. MH/39397/171

Company Name: Wilson Sandhu Logistics (i) Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.

My name is B.SUNDARAM, worked in Wilson Sandhu Logistics - Chennai Branch. My head office has submitted the PF papers on 28th June. but still I have not recd the PF amount.

I understand from the bank the PF settlement has returned to you due to joint account has not opened in the bank in my name. In the PF form i requested to send the money to my wife a/c. now I have opened the joint a/c with my wife itself.

I hereby request you to re-send the PF settlement to me immdly. since we need the money very badly for my family. Pl help us in this regard.
