PF SETTLEMENT CHEQUE YET NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

I am Vijeta Singh (Ex employee of Kotak Mahindra bank ltd) was left kotak mahindra bank on 31/08 and joiend

hdfc bank on 01/09.

I had requested to

hdfc to get transfer my PF from KOTAK to HDFC bank PF a/c, and thats why HDFC BANK sent form no-13 on my behalf to get transfer my PF in HDFC PF a/c which is yet not credit in my HDFC PF a/c.

To know the status of my PF settlement cheque I inquired on PF site and as per this site my PF settlement cheque has been issued for an amount of Rs. 43749/- vide chq.no. 769922 dated 26/02. Same was forwarded to HDFC Bank Ltd Pad Fianance at Mumbai. which is not receiver to

hdfc bank ltd Pad Finance at Mumbi.

And then I registered a grievance in EPFiGMS vide Registration number ROBND/E/01824 on 15 feb-11 to know PF settlement cheque status.

I asked them to provide cheque courier detasil, name of the person who received that cheque and date of delivery of that cheque, and in any case if my Pf settlement cheque has misplaced so issue me a new cheque.

But they have not told me cheque delivery status neither issue me a new cheque only send my a sigle liner in the month of June-11 mentioned below with contact no of an officer to inquire and closed my grievance-
