PF Cheque Amount of employee bounces

Hi,

I am Malini Krishnamachary, resident of Bangalore and had worked for Accenture whose PF amounts was getting submitted in Mumbai PF office, Bandra. After more than a year after filing my papers, I did get an intimation on 14 Feb 09, stating that both my PF & Pension amounts have been sent to my savings account to my bank in Bangalore.

But these cheques have bounced and it really surprises me that a goverment party like the EPF, Mumbai have given bounced cheques. The cheques were drawn on State Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai

The details of the cheques are as follows:

Ch. No. 87659 dtd 20 Jan 09 for Rs. 77, 842 (PF)

Ch. No. 186247 dtd 20 Jan 09 for 19, 105 (Pension)

My PF Number is MH/45665/7346

I hope some responsible authority will look into this and let me know that I will not lose my hard earned money. Please treat this with utmost urgency.
