PF Transfer not done even after 13 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Claim for transfer of my PF A/c from my previous Organization (Polaris Software, State: MAHARASHTRA / Region: MALAD (KANDIVILLI) / Establishment Code : 35399 / Employee No : 1983) to the PF A/c of my current Organization (Patni Computers, State: Maharashtra/ Region: BANDRA / Establishment Code : 18734 / Employee No : 29014) has been submitted since 15/12.

It is more than one year now (14 Months) and the transfer status still shows: Under Process. I request you to please look into this ASAP and get it epedited as it is really frsutating that a thing like PF A/c transfer is not complete even after a year of waiting.
