PF Settlement Not Received

Dear Sir,

My previous employer had submitted my PF claim on 31.07.09 against Receipt Nos: 28215438 / 28215439 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It has been more than 45 days no intimation or transfer of amount has happend.

Request you to kindly look in to this for which I would remain ever thankful.
