PF Amount

This is with reference to the P.F. account number DL-32107-009, Name- Navin Kumar Srivastava, Company- S.Chand Technologies Private limited, I have submitted the withdrawal form many time to withdraw the PF amount, but each and every times the forms return by mentioning that there is some error, however, others collogues receive the same time by time. I along with my company do not know what types are errors are there.

On contacting PF office, the reply of enquiry officer in every time is that there were some errors in the form so returned, contact the company. I do not know how many amounts are collected in the account.
