EPF Amount not received

Sir,

was served Religare Finvest Ltd from 23/09 to 30/6. For that I have submitted EPF & Pension form to your office. I have received Pension amount Rs. 5100/- but EPF amount Rs. 9858/- has not yet received by me. Whereas Your office send a sms to me quoting that "member ID DLCPM 00334670000005854-112, PF Claim ID CPM100900022759 settled Amount Rs. 9858.0 sent to A/C No. 2087001500859 - EPFO". This message was received on 09/11 by me

Sir, More than one and a half month have been passed I am not in receipt of my PF amount.

In this respect I sent three times e-mail to RO.DELHI.NORTH@EPFINDIA.GOV.IN, but no reply received from them till date.

Kindly do the needful for getting my epf amount.
