EPF office, Gurgaon
Not receiving of PF amount yet

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF form duly signed by HR person on 6th Nov. 2008 in the PF office, Gurgaon. But sorry to say three months are over; i have still not received my amount. The rule is that after one month from submitting the form the amount is credited to the account.

When i ask from PF office executive he replied me that forget the case upto april'09.

Please help me as i am in badly need of the money.
