Delay in PF withdrawl Pymt

Dear Sir,

In ref. to above subject matter, i would send My PF withdrawl form dually signed by FIL Industries Ltd. new delhi's HR dept. which I send to EPF office by Reg. A.D. from A'bad in June month and rec. of RPD is 2458 but till date i can't see my PF amount in ICICI BANK account. As per PF norms PF amount is deposit within two month but there is no reply till date. Even i can't receive aknowledgement receipt of RPD.
