Delay in withdrawl inprovident fund

Sir,

i had submitted the pf withdrawl form on 01 april to epf office, peenya, bangalore, so far i have not received the money. account officer had falsely assured me that donot come to this office for any clarification regarding your pf withdrawl. money will be sent to your bank account within 30 days. today is the 37th day & i have not received the money. please do needful.
