Dear Sir / Madam

I am Sheela Nair, my EPF Accoun No.: WB/PB/27786/36 name of the employer R Akoojee Jadwet & Company Pvt Ltd. Apply for withdraw my Provident Fund on 26th April but still I am not getting any settlement always they are told our computer is under repair, last 5 years we are not getting any EPF slips due to showing same reasons

Is it possible to settle as earlier??
