EPF withdrawal settlement delay

I submitted for EPF withdrawal in South Delhi dwarka branch on 15th March however now it is around 4 months my money has not been transfered. The online status shows under process. What process it takes so long time to clear my own deposited money to be transfered. Where as it is observed that some of the applications with submission later than me got clearance. Kindly help us to get our own money.
