Myself Riyazkhan M. Mulla was working with BSNL, Surat till 11/12 and have been transferred to Valsad where I resumed on 12/12. I have applied for EPF tranfer through Form 13 from Surat to Vapi on 15/10. The acknowledgement of which is available with me.

My Previous PF Account No is: GJSRT32842 / 43

Date of leaving previous employer : 11-12.

Present PF Account No: GJ / VP / 45968 / 95

Date of joining new employer : 12-12.

Till date no reply has been received from EPF office regarding the same. I was told that EPF transfer takes about 40 days but 55 days have passed. I would like to know following points:

1. I would like to know whether my EPF amount has been transferred from Surat to vapi or not.

2. If Yes, then how much amount is transferred and when?

3. Whether I shall receive the acknowlegment about the transfer details?

4. If not transferred then when is it going to happen and what is the reason for the delay?
