PF settlement

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of my previous mails regarding settlement of my PF amount against above mentioned pf no in my bank account as mentioned in PF supplementry form which was recieved in your office on 20 th July. Scan copy of recieving is attached alongwith.

Pls note once again I am giving the complete detail.

01) Cheque No : 555138

Amount :3.37 lacs

Transferred from: Vapi, pf ac no: GJ /45575 / 51.

Recd at your office on : 16-03.

VDR no : 2770.

02) Cheque No : 623824

Amount : 1.69 lacs.

Transferred from: Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Recd at your office on : 19-03.

VDR no : 2789

Though the above cheques were recieved in your office on time inspite of that my pf against HR /28689 / 132 was partly settled on 31-03. I was asked by pf office to send pf supplementry form which is already submitted as mentioned before.

Therefore I request you to take prompt action on the same since the matter is already much delayed. Early response on the same will be highly appreciated. You are also requested to give me the date by which it will be sent to my account.
