Complaints for epfo gurgaon sector-44

I have submitted my PF forms 19 & 10-c on 27 nov at Office of EPFO Gurgaon sector-44. After the form being under process for 3 months (on 15 april) it has been told by office staff that my Form 3A is not submitted. After 2 days when I submitted my Form 3A the relatef staff (Mr. Subodh) told me that "the format of form is wrong so you have to submitt another new form". He is neither accepted my Form 3A nor he want to know me the correct format.

So On 17-07 I submitted another Form 19 & 10-c with form 3A attached but till the date (27th Sep 2008) it is under process.

I want to know that whether the office will clear my settlement or I have to go the Labour Court.
