PF Claim Pending for morethan 8 Months

I have submitted claims to my previous company M/S ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/06. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 04/10. When ever I contacted the Bandra PF Office they use to say in 15 days you will receive the money. I had seen more than 10 15 days like that. I had checked up the status till last week. It has the same message. Claims received on 04/10. Please try again after 30 days of submission. Today when I checked the website says the Establishment Code (45665) itself doesnot exist. I even visited the office early this month and confirmed that my claim papers are still lying at the bottom of the lot. Probably my claim is the oldest pending in the history EPFO India. I had personally taken out my claim papers and given it to the clerk there. I need justice now. Whom to contact and I want to register a case with Consumer Forum. I want to get compesation for the mental and physical tension, harrasment by the staff of bandra office.

I had even written mails to the mail ids mentioned in the website. all mails bounced and i tried contacting the ministry of labor, they told me politely to contact the Bandra Office.
