PF claim amount not received

Respected Sir

This is to bring to your notice that I havent received the PF claim amount yet. I submitted the duly filled PF form in Jan`09. When I phoned to EPFO, I came to know that the bank account number on claim cheque has been entered wrongly by person concerned. I request you to look into this matter and provide me the claim amount. My correct ICICI bank account num is : 005801529658.
