EPF withdrawal amount not received due to error in payee name

Respected Sir/madame

My PF account no. is AP/38280/97 and I have received a cheque dated 26/08 against withdrawal request form submitted. But the same cheque has been returned to me by my saving account bank due to payee name mismatch and due to this discrepancy I have forwarded that cheque with all the supporting documents ensuring the correct spelling of my name which has to be printed over the cheque on 15-09. But till date I haven't received the corrected cheque to my bank so I request you to do the needful for getting my withdrawal amount as early as possible. Thanks for your time and consideration
