The order received with out original bill, defective and could not usable atleast 50 times I approached the customer care but evry time the computer says they are busy and hold.. finally I send an sms to naptol.. immediatly they contacted for new booking order I requested the fellow whose name is Raj to lodge a complaint in favour of me otherwise transfer my call to the concerned section he said yes he will do and some body will call you at 4pm today, I waited the whole day for his call but no avail... I again tried to contact only wasted my time and money... the next day again I started dailing their number finally some one came to my contact and olher about the condition I am facing she simply told me me send the mobile through blue dart courier to "Naptol, millenium building park, sectr 3, bldg no.5, 3rd floor, Gala 308, Mahape, Navi mumbai 400710" and I send it through blue dart courier which costs Rs.275/- (Will be refunded through cheque as she told me) My booking no. 67541 and IMEI no.355423030495951 model i 9 i and send through blue dart courier no. 12482799685 dated 12.10 2009 kindly replace with a best one with its original bills or refund thanx
