Complaint for wrong EPIC details

Sir,

I have made one new EPIC CARD from Chandannagore under the District of Hooghly, West Bengal due to misplaced of my earlier EPIC CARD on 6th March in the office of the Sub-divisonal Officer where I placed all my details of Education alongwith Xerox copy of the Secondary Admit Card for their fair purposes and I want to mention that in my Secondary Admit Card my father's name is also written. And the office of SDO/ELECTORAL OFFICER mentioned my father's name as HUSBAND'S NAME. My question is that how such a important office has made such a WRONG? Whether it is intensional? How long a Citizen of India should bear such INTENSIONAL WRONG and How long this Office will humiliate the Educational Status of Highly Educated persons of India? Please raise voice against such incompetent OFFICE.
