To Whom so ever this may Concern,

I Sandhya have purchased E-Pro which is a automatic water level sensor machine on 14-Jan which comes with a 5 yr warranty. Since the day it has been installed the system often crashes which makes me believe that its made up of cheap quality & the when ever a service call is made there is no response. Due to which we have to be without water for days. The service is horrendous no ownership taken from the company to fix the often break down’s. Finally when we decided to get rid of the machine & asked for a refund the company owner stopped answering are calls & we have no option left but to raise a consumer complaint hoping that some one will be able to help us or at least save others from buying such useless expensive machines.
