Dear Madam / Sir

I have been working in IT for some 35 years now, last 18 years and till date as director of a training centre for IT in Belgium.

Since last year December I am setting up a similar training centre in Bangalore.

For many years we have been using printers from Epson.

In January 18/01, we purchased again a Epson CX5500 printer with Silicon Information Technologies at CMH Road in Bangalore.

Serial number K37V015646.

4 days ago I sent my assistant to the same shop because the printer doesn’t get its power anymore, and so doesn’t work anymore.

Through the Epson helpline we were promised for support in our office within 24 hours.

Very unfortunately, since then we are waiting and waiting, have been many many phone calls to several numbers we got every time, but so far not any result, after 172 hours in mean time ….

The names of the people we have been calling in India and who promised one after each other to solve the problem are: Kavya, Shalini, Shashi Kumar and Ezhil Rajan.

Can you please help us with?
