Navigator not working, file corrupt, hang

I bought my phone last August 18, after a week of using it, the navigator didn't work anymore, Ican't open my phone book and it says file corrupt... Im so disappointed, i decided to buy an ericksson phone because i thought its a very good phone but with my experience... i returned the phone for repair and they told me that i can get after a week or two because its a new phone, then when i check after 9 days, the saleslady told me that it is still under diagnosis!!! Why is it that ur not providing us any service phone?? i think we deserve to have one or better, you should replace my unit because it is new and yet it didnt work well as i expected it to...
