Bad Service

I have a very bad experience with Ernakulam Medical Center. I went to that hospital to do a medical check up of my wife in relation to an insurance policy. The lab technician collected the blood sample from my wife and asked us to wait. After about one hour of waiting they declared that they did not have an agreement to do medical check up for that insurance company.

The insurance company had taken an appointment the previous day with the hospital and had sent the necessary documents (which i happened to see lying there). The question is if they did not have an agreement, what made them give an appointment and take blood samples.

Later we went to another hospital and did the medical check up.
