None Transaction of Money

I am Mahipal Dubey from Mathura. Yesterday while going back home, I went to an UBI ATM to withdraw money. I was surprised to see the bank has cut Rs. 500 as QAB charges. Why suddenly this has happened I have no clue. How the bank could charge such an amount with prior information? How can they take away someone else's hard-earned money? I will take steps if the bank does not explain the basis of such action.
