Got Cheated

I have bought a lenovo 32Q model in Jan 29 from e roaDs technology and hdpaid Rs.24700 by cheque No. 408331 (HDFC) on 31stJan . i have not got any accessory with it nor the original Xp.or any document and the no shown in the paper doesn't match. i am an old lady and i didn't realise people cheat. can u help me to know the problem and also if it can be upgraded as there is no speed and i haven't used it since it came to me. thanks. god bless.
