EROS INTERNATIONAL MULTIMEDIA
NO DELIVERY OF DVDs EVEN AFTER 8 MONTHS

Dear Concern,

I had placed an online request for 9 DVDs on 4th Feb'08 and paid the chrges thru my Credit Card. There was neither any sign of delivery of the goods nor any confirmation so after waiting for approximate 7 weeks I placed a complaint on their site on 27th Mar'08 - no result, I again put a complaint on 8th Apr'08 - No result, again on 7th May'08 and finally on today.

Contact number displayed on the site is of no use at all, as it never picked up by any damn person.

Now I am seeking justice on this.
