PF Withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam,

Warm Greetings for the day!!!

Let me take your precious time in elaborating the situation, i was employed with E Serve International during the period May to July and resigned from the service on July also have submitted the forms required for the withdrawal (Form 19, Form 10C), have received the acknowledgement copy from your office for the receipt, while checking via internet it shows that "Your Claim Not Received By This Office" infact am having the Acknowledgement copy for the same, request your timely help on the withdrawal of my PF.
