E-seva current bill

Good Moring sir,

This is T.V.Krishnakanth (Mob No.9885657456), I had paid the current bill on 29th June. The amount of the bill is Rs.370/-. I have paid at Sai co-operative services (e-Seva) at P&T Colony, Gaddiannaram, Dsnr, Hyderabad. And from the next billing from the current office department I am getting in the bills with Rs.370/- as arriers. I could not understand why it was happend. The bill came like that for 5 months. After that I went to the current office main branch at chanchalguda to know about my bill arriers. They told me that the Sai co-operative services (e-Seva) didn't update my amount. So I went to the office "Sai co-operative services (e-Seva) " and ask them directly what should I do? why you didn't update the amount (current bill) still now. They Checked their records and in those records they got an info that they did a mistake from their side only. So even I complete on the issue at their office at December. They have not updated the amount till today (12/08). and i called them so many times (more than 50 times), I went their office more than 15 times. So please give me the solution what I have to do in this perticular case. Thanks in advance for helping me.

NOTE: My mistake is I lost the current bill hard copy. Because of it happend (14 months ago).

And but I had some proofs about my issue is I got small info in the current office as follows

This is the unique no. we can see in our current bill "vz40548".

the record no. is 93

bill paid date is 29/06/08.

Please care about this information ASAP. Because its not about the money problem (Rs.370/-). Its the issue regarding the fraud was done by the Sai co-operative services (e-Seva)
