E-Seva-Cybergateway-Hitech City-Unprofessional behavio

Hi myself Ratandeep from Hitech City hyderabad. e-seva - Cybergateway-Hitech City branch operators behave very unprofessionally and are not serious about the service. I visited for 3 times and even at 3:00 PM in they are not taking my electricity bill saying that they dont have change. When offered to pay it thru credit card reason comesup that the credit card machine is not working. This is very bad service and request the management to have proper professionals who are there to service the customers.

THis is not the first time i am facing this problem its a regular habit for them to behave like this with all customers. There is also an old man who shouts on customers (employees who work in this building to my knowledge) if we dont have change with us.

Kindly look into this and do the needful.
