Non receipt of refund

I joined this company which is having its regional office in Kolkata (WHERE I JOINED)& head office in new delhi by paying Rs.3950.It is said by the company that they take this 950/-rs for processing charge & 3000/-rs. for security & they provide some work to do which is when completed they will pay to the student for their work.

But the main fact is that whatever the work they provide is completely useless any person who is having a greater computer knowledge they also cannot do. Before joing just to attract customers they said much and after joining they dont know who are we (the members, the students who joined). The work which contained scanned pages which I have to convert in MS-word is not possible in any condition. I challenge the company's managers even could not do that job, whatever they provide their students/members to do. The company provide an ad in Times of india & other newspapers that earn rs.30-40per page in part time job column. But it is not a part time job & not even what they said or written.

Its ok, I am not getting anything from the company after working for whole night & day, I am satisfied but I completely disagree with the problem that they are not giving my refund of rs 3000/- back.
