Non Payment of security and work payment by E Source Softwares Pvt. Ltd

I have joined E-Source Softwares Pvt. Ltd. on 1st september by giving Rs.3900/- on their commitment to data conversion work, according to them Rs.900/- was processing fee and Rs.3, 000/- is refundable security.

After making so many reminders i got Data CD for work on 7th of October. After completion of work within stipulation time period i have submitted work to them. even same was very difficult yet same was given to them within time period.

Now neither they provide me any payment nor provided further work, and not refuding security amount.
