Ticket Charge

I am regular traveller between Barve Nagar - Ghatkopar to Anjanabai Magar Chowk Kurla (W), In the morning i catch the Bus No. 7Ltd. which is starting from Barvenagar - Ghatkopar at 8.30 am. The ticket charge was Rs.6 till 30th June. From 1st July i comes to understood that BEST have increased stage of Sarvodaya - Ghatkopar & ticket from sarvodaya / Barvenagar will be Rs.5. Since then i am paying the same while coming from Barvenagar but while returing journey i am facing tremendous problem regarding the charges conductor asking to pay. Many of conductors does not know the fare between Magar chowk Kurla (W) to sarvodaya Ghatkopar, they are still asking to pay Rs.6. Even when i am trying to convince them they are not listning & talking roudly. Paying Rs.1 extra is not an issue but even in month of Sept many of them don't know the exact charge between Magar chowk to Sarvodaya - Ghatkopar. I am giving some of the example below;

Thses are few example which i am facing regularly while doing return travelling.
