Correction of spelling in debenture warrant

Dear Sir,

Please correct the spelling of my name to SUBHANKAR CHATTERJEE instead of SUBHAKAR CHATTERJEE as printed in the debenture warrant. My folio no / client id no is 00176121, warrant no is 021420 and cheque no is 042188 dated 31.12.08 and valid upto 30.3.09. Please ensure the necessary correction is done before 31.3.09 so that I can redeem the warrant within the due time.

In future you may transfer the amount through ECS to my savings a/c no 11005444418 at Naktala SBI Branch.
