Wrong transaction being entered in my statement since june

As your letter dated 17.08.2008 i have already submitted two letters dated 07.07.2008 & 01.08.2008 regarding the wrong transaction made in my statement. since no rectification has been done for past two months. But your Payment Assistant Unit are calling me daily regarding the o/s 30558.00 and disturbing ..I request you to clear all the wrong transactions been done in my statement on or before 31.08.2008. otherwise i will submit the all your statement and your letters and also my letters to the leading Newspapers... This is not the right way to behave with the customers. so kindly take the action immediately.
