Pathetic services at MSM okhla

I had given my car (Esteem vxi) for servicing to maruti service master on a friday, they took very long to pick my car from my place (okhla III) which is very near to their workshop, when they gave it back after servicing there were several easily visible scratches on both side of the car, from headlight to taillight, i refused to accept the car in that condition and asked their driver to take it back the get it rectified properly, the next day they sent my car to me with some kind of paint on the scratches, which was hiding the scratches, i paid them for the bill (Rs. 8400) but the next day when my driver was dusting the car, the paint came out and the scratches were visible (more prominently) again. i called up maruti service masters okhla and told them about the issue, they said they will make it good at the time of next servicing, today again when my car is there for the next servicing, but they are not ready to get the paint rectified.
i dont understand why should we buy a maruti car if they can not manage their workshops, service centres and even products. Buying a hyundai and honda is always better than buying a maruti which comes with lot of tension and after sales service problems.
