Taking logn time for attending the complaint approd 15 to 20 days

I have purchased E-studio 160 from HCL infosystem, and given amc for the same, i have many a time complaint the customer cares and the seniors but the time taking to attanding the complaint is approx 15 to 20 days some time it is also more then 1 month, this company customer supports are wors in the world,

my suggetion for customer not to purchase this product which is having wors customer support even after taking amd money in advance.
