I bought O-General 1.5 ton Window on 25-06 at Rathana Fan House. It come with 4 Free services for 1 year and their Serives Dealer is ETA. 3 Services has been done after much stress. I registered a request with ETA for 4th Service on June 20-06. But till now no one has come to service my AC. I spoke to the Manager he says everyday that some one will come. But till now nothing happend. I got fedup and Registering a complaint here. Pls. do something.
